Fruitful Fashion

My Sundays usually consist of sleep ins, X Factor UK (love it), homework procrastination and blog writing/reading. The weather is beautiful outside but I am glad to be housebound with my MacBook , cats and green tea! Today's topic is the fruit of my loins. Not funny? I apologise for my type of humour. On with the post...

Watermelons. Pineapples. Cherries. Lemons. Bananas. Oranges. The list of my favourite fruits is endless. I am quite aware that these runway collections are two years old but for me, fruit prints are the epitome of Spring and Summer, no matter if it is a fashion trend or not. It was only recently that I have noticed more of this print in the high street and the more high end stores as well. They always come in an array of colours that will fit perfectly in pizazzing up a wardrobe that is filled with blacks and neutrals (like mine). It can range from a pair of petite, strawberry studs to an entire outfit ensemble. The options are endless and I was extremely thrilled to make a collage of my favourite fruit fashion pieces.

This photograph exemplifies my enthusiasm for fruits and Movember. Two birds. One stone. I hope everyone had a nice week and continue having better weeks in the future. Leave in the comment section what you think about this trend (or maybe it's not a trend. Who knows). Peace! x
